Bike art show with gearing up

The Bike Part Art Show was last Saturday night - and thanks to the support of Old Glory Builders - Gearing Up women had 8 pieces of art for auction - all proceeds benefitting Neighborhood Bike Works! Below are some photos of the art in action!
Gearing Up is a nonprofit providing women in transition from addiction, abuse and/or homelessness with the opportunity to safely ride a bicycle for exercise, transportation, and personal growth.

We work with women at 3 recovery/re-entry programs in Philadelphia - as well as host an indoor cycling program for women who are incarcerated at the Philadelphia County Women's Prison.

Railings finished

The railings were finished up over the weekend on Lawrence st. There's nothing quite like welding in a finished house. Chris added a few details that really set it off. It's borderline art. More pictures to follow tomorrow
